Tip#1: Cook PERFECT food!
Tip#2: DOUBLE-CLICK on cooked sausages to place them on buns. It's the fastest way to get your food to the breadboard!
Tip#3: Select once. Serve many. Select an item (drink, ingredient or food) to activate it. Once activated you can serve that item to multiple targets by clicking on them one after the other.
(Note - it's not shown here but you can also use the drag and drop method to serve items too!) Tip#4: Experiment with Click n Drag Vs Click n Click. You can prepare food and serve customers using TWO different methods:
You can use BOTH of these methods to make food AND serve customers. It's up to you to experiment and find which method you prefer. Tip#5: Speedy sauce tip. You only need to select the ketchup bottle once to squirt it on multiple buns! This also applies to other sauces, fried items and stuff like cheese and lettuce!
Tip#6: Keep Celebrities hanging. The longer you keep celebrities around (yeah you know the ones with the camera-toting paparazzi following them around) the happier ALL your customers will be. So try and time it so that you hit your onfire bonuses when the celebrities get mad. This will cause them to become happy all over again giving you more time to take advantage of the good vibes they give other customers. Tip#7: Select your time to be on fire. Once triggered the "on fire" bonus lasts for approx 20 seconds. Being "on fire" has two advantages: 2) So make sure that you queue up plenty of BURGERS and HOTDOGS (those with more TOPPINGS will earn you more money) and have them ready to serve! Remember: there's nothing worse than being all fired up with no food to serve! Tip#8: Serve smellies ASAP!
Get rid of these dirty, rude, fly-infested characters by serving them as quick as possible. The longer they hang around the more likely your other customers are going to get angry and leave! But be careful because when smellies leave they annoy customers as they pass by them. So if you have customers who are already angry you may want to top up their orders before sending a smelly on their way. Tip#9: Hotplates Use hotplates to stockpile food or to store mistaken orders for later use. You can add ingredients to burgers or hotdogs on a hotplate the same way that you can add them on breadboards
Tip#10: Making food. You can prepare food in different ways. Experiment to see which you prefer bearing in mind the different methods of serving (see Tip#4)! May the sauce be with you!!
Tip#11: Accuracy Vs Speed. AKA Quality Vs Quantity. You may get some way in the competition by just dishing out incorrect orders at top speed and relying on a high volume of sales, but if you want to be a true Hotdog Hotshot - at the end of the day serving accurate orders and keeping everyone happy will win you the most points. Good luck! |
